  • I always like to read cookbook and romance story book whenever I get a change in my busy life. Thought I had read this type of various canning recipe books before, but this book is far better than those books. Last week my closest friend told me what she learned from this book and my curiosity to read this book grew up from there. I didn’t delay to catch this book and by reading it I was impressed. Inside of this book I have found plenty of recipes. This book taught me about how to preserve and canning my favorite fruits, meats and vegetable. I really liked all at these recipes and techniques that I learned from this book. Of course I will honestly suggest this book to all.

  • The book is rife with misspellings and grammatical errors. The recipes seem ok, but are not as detailed as I would like in some cases. Really it could have used a better editor. I have made one item from the book (Banana Cinnamon Butter), and it came out fairly well delicious. Its consistency was off, but that may have to do with my cooking. All in all, a so-so book at an acceptable price with a range of options in it.
